Our Promise to You

Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority

We believe every student deserves genuine clarity about their future. If you ever feel our guidance hasn't fully delivered on that promise, we won't stop until it does.

We go further than a report.

FutureMap™ is built on Dr Peter Kim's 10+ years of personally mentoring students into top UK universities. Every report carries his expert judgement — not just an algorithm. That means when something doesn't land right, there's a real person who cares about getting it right.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all outcomes. If your report doesn't fully reflect your situation, or if your circumstances change after you receive it, we have four concrete ways we can help — each designed to give you more value, not less.

Complimentary follow-up consultation with Dr Peter
Updated report if your circumstances change
Credit towards any other FutureMap™ service
Extended support until you feel confident
No case is closed until you say so

Four Ways We Make It Right

If you're not fully satisfied, here's exactly what we'll do — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Option 1

Complimentary Follow-Up Consultation

If you feel your report doesn't fully capture your situation, we'll arrange a personal follow-up session with Dr Peter at no extra charge. He'll walk through your results with you, answer every question, and make sure you leave with complete clarity.

Typically a 30–45 minute session via video call.
Option 2

Updated & Revised Report

Circumstances change — new predicted grades, a revised university shortlist, a different course direction. If your situation evolves after you receive your report, we'll update it to reflect where you are now, so your guidance stays relevant and accurate.

Available within 6 months of your original report.
Option 3

Credit Towards Another Service

If you'd prefer to redirect your investment, we can apply the full value as credit towards any other FutureMap™ service — whether that's a standalone consultation with Dr Peter, a different report package, or a future upgrade.

Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Option 4

Extended Support & Additional Guidance

Sometimes what's needed isn't a revised report but a longer conversation. We'll provide extended support — additional guidance sessions, email Q&A with Dr Peter, or supplementary resources — until you feel genuinely confident in your path forward.

We won't consider a case closed until you do too.

Common questions from parents

How do I know this is right for my child?

The best way to find out is to start with the free questionnaire — it takes about 20 minutes and gives you a snapshot report at no cost. If you'd prefer to speak with Dr Peter first, book a free Discovery Call and he'll explain exactly how FutureMap™ works and whether it's the right fit.

What if my child's circumstances change after we purchase?

This is one of the most common situations we handle. If your child's predicted grades change, they switch course preference, or their university shortlist evolves, we'll update the report to reflect the new situation — at no additional charge, within 6 months of the original purchase.

Is there a way to speak with Dr Peter before committing?

Absolutely. Dr Peter offers a free 20-minute Discovery Call for parents who want to understand the process before purchasing. You can book directly via Calendly or email [email protected] to arrange a time.
