FutureMap™ is a student guidance service operated by Veribera Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our service provides personalised university application guidance, career direction reports, and expert consultation services for students applying to UK universities.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FutureMap™. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our paid services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

FutureMap™ offers the following services:

• Free Snapshot Report: a basic assessment available at no cost after completing our questionnaire.
• OfferPredict™ Report: a detailed university offer prediction and competitiveness analysis.
• YourPath™ Report: a personalised career direction and course matching report.
• Bundle Package: both OfferPredict™ and YourPath™ reports.
• Complete + Consultation: the Bundle Package plus a one-to-one consultation with Dr Peter Kim.

Paid reports are prepared by Dr Peter Kim and his expert team and delivered within 24 hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

To access paid services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at [email protected].

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

As our reports are personalised digital products prepared specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once report preparation has commenced. If you have concerns about your report, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.

From time to time, we may issue promotional codes that grant free or discounted access to our services. Promo codes are non-transferable, may have usage limits, and may expire. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promo codes at any time without notice.

All content on FutureMap™, including reports, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Veribera Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. Your personalised reports are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Submit false or misleading information in your questionnaire responses.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports or services without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website.

FutureMap™ reports and guidance are based on the information you provide and our expert team's analysis. They are intended to inform and support your decision-making, not to guarantee specific outcomes. University admissions decisions are made by universities and are subject to many factors outside our control. We do not warrant that following our guidance will result in any particular university offer or career outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veribera Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of FutureMap™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
